3 Month Program – Cheers to making your health a priority! Let me help you with your nutritional outlook, lifestyle suggestions & recommendations on tons of products! If a 6 month commitment seems like it may be too much for you right now – then a 3 month program may be ideal!
What it will include:

  • 50 minute sessions twice per month via Zoom, Skype, phone call or in person meeting at my office if you’re local
  • Learn about what foods truly nourish your body & unlearn old habits
  • Understand how sleep, stress, time management & daily routines can impact your day to day symptoms
  • Learn how to develop weekly meal plans, healthy shopping lists based on your personal likes
  • Recommendations on products you should use
  • 15 minute follow up call on the weeks we do not have our scheduled session

If you are looking to make a commitment to your health – a 6 month journey with me is your road to success! The longer the commitment the more permanent your new lifestyle will become!
