- 50 minute sessions twice per month via Zoom, Skype, phone call or in person meeting at my office if you’re local

- Learn how to develop weekly meal plans, healthy shopping lists based on your personal likes
- Recommendations on products you should use
- 15 minute follow up call on the weeks we do not have our scheduled session
